3. How can I order a custom outfit? Custom orders are taken on the website under “custom order” tab, fill out the information and we will contact you! You can also email email@example.com for custom orders!
4. How does the custom order process work? Firstly we need basic information including name, email, outfit descriptions including color/(s), choice of metal, and your budget for the outfit. (Please note all custom orders start at $200). If you have any pictures for reference please attach it in the email. We will need 3-4 days to source out materials and fabrics and have a sketch ready for you! After your confirmation, we require a 50% deposited to start your order. We will then guide you on what and how to take the measurements needed for your outfit. Production for custom orders take 4-5 weeks so please order accordingly!
5. How long does custom orders take to ship? All custom orders are made to measure, so it will take 4-5 weeks from when the deposite is made.
6. What if my custom order doesn’t fit? Every outfit will have additional silai (allowance) to make adjustments if needed, however we do not provide alterations so please double check all measurements to ensure the best fit.
